chaps (and chapettes) need a hand with some flash stuff

hey guys,

I choose not to work in flash (dirty, dirty application) but one of my clients has an issue with a site they've had developed. They wanted a site which would be easy to maintain (not really possible in native flash)
I'd like to get something implemented so I can simply go to their office, say, write your stuff here, whack on the image at x dimesions, and modify the content to your hearts content.
I would assume contribute or breeze (whatever they call it these days) can achieve this simply and easily, but will require some re-engineering.

Has anyone here done this before? Offer a starting point, or PM me directly to look at the sourcefiles and tell me if I'm asking too much?
