How can I get XP Pro to Autologon when using IIS?

When my PC boots up I need to click on a user to go and do anything interactive. There's no password and there's only one interactive user setup but I have to click all the same.

Although the IIS web server functions happily without clicking to logon as an interactive user, there's a strange quirk whereby sounds are interrupted periodically if it's left in the un-logged in state. The PC is used as a media player and controlled by it's IIS web site so this is a real problem.

What I would like is to have the box automatically log into the interactive user account on startup. Anyone have any idea how I can make this happen?

    O/S Windows XP Pro SP2

Right hand click on my computer and go to advanced. Somewhere there you should be able to click on a button and a list off ALL users should show. Make sure you don't have a 'backup' type of user.

What you should have is Administrator and your username.
    Woohoo now Assistant Manager!

I think this is the problem, when it installs IIS creates an IIS user (can't remember the name) which isn't interactive and so isn't listed on the front login screen. Prior to installing IIS the PC automatically logged is as the only interactive user, it's only since IIS was installed and the new user created that I have the problem.

The IIS user is the user environment IIS runs in. Like Apache and 'nobody', or 'wwwroot'.
To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.
