HTPC Software

Hey guys,

I've been seeing around this peice of software which people keep using on their HTPC's in either the home or the car (I believe it was an AUDI) that has a very customisable interface etc etc and run on Windows (IIRC) but I never really found out the name

Can somebody give me some clues on this one?
