Question POP3 Connector for Exchange 2003 Standard

Can anyone recommend a free or non expensive POP3 connector for Exchange 2003 Standard?

Reason being is that its setup for SMTP at the moment, but their internet connection is a tad flakey due to them being in the middle of nowhere.

They have setup a pop3 account with collect all, I need to setup exchange to collect from it & distribute to all the users.

If their internet connection goes down, we can move them to dial up until its restored, easier on pop3 then SMTP.

    Thanks

    We use:

    http://www.exchangepop3.com/

It's extremely stable, handles ADSL line drops very well.
