    Unhappy Help: Win XP Pro Forgets USB Mouse

    Hi all

    Cant seem to sort this problem, Using an MS Intellimouse through USB. Everytime i do a cold boot the system doesnt initialize the mouse. The only way to get the mouse back is to unplug it and re-insert. Any ideas ?

    Using an Asus P4PE mobo, Win Xp Pro + SP1, Latest Intel Drivers

    You've tried using different Usb ports? Mouse isn't connected via a usb hub or anything?

    Same in all USB ports, no external hub. Got the same problem on my new Tosh laptop
