    Outlook 2003 Plain Text

If someone sends me an HTML based email, is there a way to reply to it and it defaults to Plain Text rather than HTML? I know you can change it in the options box after you have hit reply, but I want all my emails to be in plain text. I'm lazy that way!

Tools>Options>Mail Format>set "Compose in this message format" to be Plain Text.
