    you tried recreating your Outlook profile? Your Exchange box isn't low on memory/disk space or anything is it?

    start -> settings -> control panel -> mail -> show profiles -> and add a profile in etc.

    Also how do you set Outlook to not Auto mark mails as read

    Well I have now renamed them all to make them smaller and it won't let me have more
