    Excel Sheet Rescue

User fault I know, something which when people ask me to deal with I shout at them saying they're idiots.... well it's happened to me . I deleted a sheet on a spreadsheet, it had alot of data in. Am running WinXP & Excel XP.

Any recovery ideas, frankly it's not the end of the world - I can input the data again, but it'll take time.

My backup was from a couple of days before I originally made it

    Thanks in advance!
