    WinXP/2003

    Can you set something on a 2k3 server so that it automatically defaults the my documents to a different location so when any user logs in it auto's there my docs to a network drive?

    Right-click on My Documents, select Properties and change the Target.

    which is fine if you want to have to configuere it manually for every machine user , but the smart way is to use group policies , which we'll be setting up as part of the SBS rollout Trig

    Cheers Moby, at least u understood what I was after lol...
    Havent really look at the policies yet, not even setup the user groups, there all just admins atm, lalalalalalaaaa, shhhh I know thats bad ok
