you can set a "do not deliver before" date with exchange - what I also do is set it to spell check before I send - that usually gives me another chance to remeber if Ineed to send it !

the other way is for it not to send mail immediatly , but to opnly send mail when you hit send & receive.

Yeah gonna go down that route, not my fault if he doesnt use email properly...
