Lotus Notes: pls help....I'm gonna kill it otherwise

    Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with Lotus Notes 5.0.11

Everytime I open my inbox it's in the wrong date order. ie oldest at the top. I can click the top of the column, reversing it to the correct way (latest at the top) but it always defaults back to the oldest at the top on restart.

and I cant find the option anywhere.

    Anyidea's really would help.

    Thanks people
(Mr Gates...I take it all back, Outlook and Express really are idiot proof)

File> Preferances> User Preferances there is an option in the addional option list for retain column sorting. Tick it.

    HTH Mark,

PS. It's not the "wrong" order just the default ordering in notes that no one changed in your template.
