I'm running th burn-in test from DocMemory as we speak...no problems so far with 6 tests passed.
Any other Ideas? I'm going to give another boot disk a try
Tim
If memory is fine then I'd asume it's the disk, but otherwise no ideas.
tbh mobo may be starting to give up on you. just a thought!
Whats the condition of the CD?
How reliable is the cd rom drive? Does it have the proper the ide cable (as in the one that came with the moby as opposed to any random one lying about)?
Could u leave it with just one stick off ram to build it with?
If there are any hidden partions on the drive u might need to format it again
I've discovered the problem!
It was my boot disk. It wasn't the official Win 98 disk, so I downloaded it and now it's fine.
Thanks for your help!
