    [Exchange] Outlook through HTTP

we have our exchange/outlook setup to allow access when out and about, for some reason the time it takes for the dialog box to show up requesting the users password takes anywhere between 5-20 minutes to show up... we installed sp2 on exchange and the front end thinking that would cure it, but apparently not.

OWA works as it should... this is not an OWA query though.
