About LinkBacksYesterday I turned off automatic updates for windows but now i get this silly icon in my system tray telling me that "I might be in danger" :s. Does anyone know how to get rid of this icon and the balloon that comes with it? Thanks

settings -> control panel -> security center -> change the way security center alerts me

Why would you want to turn it off anyway?
Start->Run: "services.msc"
I perfer to turn them off so they aren't using memory, and don't "decide" to turn themselves back on again
