Anyone used Gmail Backup?

I've just stumbled across what looks to be a great little utility called Gmail Backup more info here and I was wondering if anyone else has used it/what do you think?

Haven't use this particular one...

Virgin provides you with backup utility and space on their server but its all poo.

Have a look at CrashPlan if you need online backup, great app and not too expensive.

As for email you can use *.pst files?

Nah this is to backup your Gmail emails to your HDD, not to backup your PC...
