    Cant browse webpages

    Can ping google.com but cant browse webpages or connect to any http sites.


    Running AOL dialup, and no firewall. any ideas?


    Can pull in email etc... but not browse.

    had this before on my machine, and just formatted... as its not my machine its not an option

    doesnt aol require its own ghey'dup browser?

    check proxy settings on ie as well

    uninstalled aol, reinstalled. fixed. one of those crappy 'retarded' ones.
