Question How to sync two NAS drives

I have two 250gb Lacie NAS drives, one is used for storage and the other is for a backup copy.

What I would like to do is during the day, the drive with the work on is copied/sync'd to the 2nd drive at 2hr hour intervals, say from 9am to 5pm, but what it also needs to be able to do it copy open files on the work drive.

It will have both PC and MAC files on the drive (Artwork)

Can anyone recommend a software package to do this?

I've tried Syncback however it can only copy locked/open files on a local drive..

    Thanks

rsync should do it and it's free. In fact if you're using a mac it'll probably already be installed.
