David Brent is set up either to deny email from the sender, basically. Is David Brent really a distribution list?

The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.

Check your email server - it may be on an email blocklist (DNSStuff has a Spam Database Lookup feature that will check several for you). If so, you need to check the list itself to find out why you're on and how to get off.

Also, please don't list people's email addresses in a public forum (at least, not without mungeing them) - spammers use bots to trawl web pages looking for such addresses to add to their lists.
