So i've seen posts from a few people on here who look to be connected to phone companies, call centres, and other such areas of business...
Anyone have any experience with Amcat systems/dialers?
Are they worth the money they cost, do they really increase productivity as much as they say they do, known issues, etc, etc...
Just travelled to Manchester to have a look at a successful callcentre using the system (Quay Contact), except by the time we'd gotten there the place had closed for the day, so had to turn around, which wasn't the best.
