So i've seen posts from a few people on here who look to be connected to phone companies, call centres, and other such areas of business...

Anyone have any experience with Amcat systems/dialers?

Are they worth the money they cost, do they really increase productivity as much as they say they do, known issues, etc, etc...

Just travelled to Manchester to have a look at a successful callcentre using the system (Quay Contact), except by the time we'd gotten there the place had closed for the day, so had to turn around, which wasn't the best.

not sure of your budget, but having worked on solutions with a good few dialler technologies, the only ones worth looking at are the Davox products they are very expensive and are a true enterprise solution
