machine check error

i have just setup a system for testing perposes
the spec is as follows
spec:
p4 3.0(northwood)
msi neo2
1 gig ocz ram
ati radeon 9200se(heatsink removed)
8.4gig fujitsu hard drive
win server 2003 eval

the system does not crash it just shows a bubble on the taskbar
ill post some screenys later
