Hi

I been trying to get an equivalent program on Linux of Yahelite with voice. I have tried Gyach with voice but the sound quality being outputted is really scratchy.

Any advice appreciated.

the yahoo voice protocol is proprietary and closed-source, so apps supporting it rely on reverse-engineering of the protocols (not a simple task)

it's possible that your issues with Gyach-E are due to your system's sound setup, rather than with the application itself (but equally possible that it isn't)
