Assuming its NTFS, and you want to do this for free (ie, not by using the obvious partition magic), have a look here
If you download the System rescue CD, you can use it directly from that IIRC.

heh, that just proves how up to date i am with current distros....

things only get complex if you want to move the start of a partition (it's impossible to resize a partition "to the left", though technically possible with some jiggerypokery to create a new partition at the new desired start point & merge across)

Statement of the blindingly obvious - but back up the partition/disk before you start - just in case... (or at the very least back up essential data)
