    Seti@Home and Einstein@Home teams

    Hi Guys,

I was just wondering if the Seti@Home "www.HEXUS.net" and the Einstein@Home "Team.Hexus.net" teams were actually still active, or if they'd died away from lack of use? It'd be nice to have a bit of a Hexus presence in the BOINC world of distributed computing! That is, unless there's some other distributed computing cause that Hexus members do that I've not cottoned on to yet!

ooo, do you know if it'll run alright next to my BOINC Client? I leave it running all the time, since I don't really ask my computer to do anything difficult very often and when it does, BOINC happily surrenders its CPU cycles to whatever's more important.

Edit: i've installed UD and it doesn't seem to be causing any problems with BOINC, so lets see how it goes!

BOINC tends to take priority over UD

are either of the Seti or Einstein@home projects alive?

BOINC and UD seem to be sharing nicely so far...

why not just use BONIC to handle all projects?.. correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't world community grid.org do the same projects (at least) as grid.org, just with bonic instead of UD?.. if anyone if anyone feels like starting a WCG.org team for Hexus, i'd be up for going with it.
