    best download scheduler?

Ok, so like most people my ISP is being a bit of an ass with it's sustainable use policy (I understand why they're needed, just not the way it's been implemented) so I need to make my downloads out of hours - I'm wanting to grab the EVE Online client but would prefer to grab it while I sleep - what do people use for this? There seem to be a gazillion out there, but I'd prefer one that's not riddled with adware - download acceleration isn't necessary, just the ability to say "only download things I sednd to this app between x and y hours"

    Suggestions?

Not looking for a torrent client - something to handle HTTP(S) and FTP downloads is all.

EDIT - sorry - just realised how ungrateful that looks! Cheers for the suggestion anyways!
