    Coreldraw file viewer ?

I'm stuck here - looking for a viewer to open / print corel draw .CDR files, but can't find anything.

Corel don't seem to make anything, or if they do, it's buried in their website and I can't find it. Google hasn't helped much either. I have the ST Thumbnails Explorer, but that only gives me thumbnails in a windows-explorer-like window.

    Help

Edit: just found www.myriadviewer.com but it's a biggish 45MB download (I'm in the middle of the desert on a dialup-speed connection)

Did you try IrfanView? I just looked on my copy and it says that it opens them (preview only whatever that means): http://www.irfanview.com

Thanks, but Preview means thumbnails, i.e. 96x96 8bpp postage-stamp-sized thumbnail

I really wish Corel made an obvious viewer for their own files. After all, you can download viewers from MS for Word, Excel, etc. Grrrr

Sorry, I didn't realise that (I didn't have any .CDRs to test).

I seem to remember that Paint Shop Pro could open them, although it does depend on which version of CD that was used to create the files as to which version PSP supported.

Ahhh, might work, considering PSP I think is now also owned by Corel...

I'll give it a try tomorrow when I'm back home (now back in civilisation at Bahrain airport!)
