Suggestions for good photo slideshow program with varied transition effects

I'm looking for a slideslow program to display photos but I need something that has varied and good automatic transition effects eg. panning around photos, panning out of photos, zoom, pictures within pictures, multiple photos on a scrolling filmstrip etc. Basically, anything that looks 'high end' and original.

I saw something on the Mac which was excellent, but could do with somehting for the PC.

Suggestions would be appreciated - thanks.

Google is your friend - the term Windows slideshow brings up a fair number of options.

Not really - the ones I Googled have very crude transition effects.

Does anyone have any specfic recommendation for apps that they've used and are familiar with?

Perhaps not what you are looking for, but Picassa has produced some very nice, if simple, ransition videos for me. I'm sure there is a lot more you can do with it that i've have. Good image library tool too

Was thinking of posting similar too. My sister has a mac as her TV/media computer and its great to have music with a slideshow in the background when i am there. The transistions are fantastic really... Hope someone can come up with something

Was in PC world yesterday picking something up and noticed that Windows MCE (which i had a play around on) has a slideshow that produces a nice slideshow. Maybe the transitions werent that varied, but it still looked great. Anyone with MCE want to comment on if this is a built in feature or something that can be transferrable somehow?
