    Which Windows version?

I'm gonna move this to the windows forum as it's more a registry thing than an Apple issue as such.

Use StartUp Monitor and when it asks if you want it to be added to the startup just say no, or alternatively use QuickTime Alternative although im not too sure whether it will ask to be added, will check when im back home

/edit: it only asks you once

Quicktime & Real Alternative, both brilliant and work a dream without all that gumpf Apple & Real install on your computer that tries to take over your machine!
