    Explorer.exe Problem

Hi All, I recently moved my computer to my Uni accomodation, and since I have been having the problem, the start toolbar freezes, I cant do anything with it, the only way to fix it is to CTRL + ALT + DEL and close Explorer.exe, then reload it, but reloading takes about 2 mins, also some apps freeze with it ocasionaly, E.G msn or firefox.

When I moved in the things that I added:

    2 Monitors instead of 1
    A TV Card (MSI Drivers)
    Network Uni Internet Conection
    Ultramon Software

I Have tried running the PC Without the TV Card and it still freezesm and I have uninstalled Ultramon to no avail.

The PC Also reboots every so often, and has on 2 ocasions given me a criticle error message.

    Specs:

    AMD 64 X2 4800+
    2GB OCZ Ram
    300GB HDD x 2
    ATI Radeon X1900XTX 512MB....

Any Ideas please as freezing every 5 mins is driving me nuts!

If it's still under warrenty you could ask mesh to send an engineer. It sounds like it just had a bump during the move.

After further experimentation, When I take the network cable from the wall, and boot my PC I can run it fine no freezes nothing.... But about an hour or so after I connect to the network my PC starts to freeze, However remove the cable from the wall and after about 30 seconds everything unfreezes... .Any idea? Not my network so I cant do anything about it
