web cam software? any free ones people use?

I am going to a wedding in America in a month and a group of people back home in Blighty would like a nice grainy jerky webcam feed of the service!

Always being up for a challenge i was wondering if anyone knew of any (preferably free) software which i could use to stream the picture if i too a laptop and a web cam with me. The will have a broadband connection at the wedding venue.

It would be great if more than one pc could connect to it, and if it was better quality the msn or similar im software!

any advice?
