icons gone stupid..

after formatting and reinstalling last night everything is so much faster windows boots & shuts down faster, whichs is nice, but i installed a couple of programs - winRAR and Alcohol 120%, and now all my rar/tar files have Alcohol icons instead of winRAR ones.. i downloaded tweakUI and did rebuild icons, but that did nothing, and now when i click on the 'new' tab of tweakUI it gives me an error and closes...

any way of making my icons be the ones they should be?

winRAR still has file dependancies etc, if i double-click a rar file it opens in winRAR, just the icon is of alcohol 120%

zip files still show with a winRAR icon, just rars and tars it seems...
