Is there any way to extract the 'from' email address within outlook?

Basically, I've just had a huge group of people respond to a job advert and I want to collate the addresses and mass message them back thanking them.

Theyre all in a folder in outlook, what I need to do is extract the 'from' address and send a 'thank you' to them. Even better would be to add all the email addresses to a contact list called say 'job applicants'

    Any ideas?

The messages are to a pop3 account and have all been collected in one folder via an Outlook rule.

I'm not sure if this helps at all, but when you receive an email you can add the person and their email to your address book in Outlook. The address book can then be mass mailed.
