Are there any MP3 tag programs that can check with a CDDB database to auto-rename files? I have some CDs already ripped to MP3 with no tags but they are organised correctly, or does CDDB only work at the point of ripping?

As a GPL'd option (for those who like that sort of thing), I've used MP3 Book Helper for quite some time. It's handled my ID3 needs just fine, with some useful batch processing features.

Tag and rename works well too, and you can also create tags from file names using masking. It also support all taggable audio formats. Very good

I used to use one that had something to do with cows which was really decent. Either that or I dreamt that an army of cows were tagging my mp3s based on CDDB data.
