.mp3 mixing software - free

Anyone know of any software that can do mp3 mixing ? I guess, an app that can detect BPMs and mix them itself.....will browse sourceforge now, but wondered if you guys used any particular ones ?

Edit: oh hold on, looks like audacity does mixing too. Will try tonight - any other recommends welcomed though.

I'm glad you found something worth using. I've never used any of them, but I like to keep an eye on what freeware is available.
