does anyone use it when overclocking like have it enabled whilst their running overclocked settings?

Cool'n'Quiet is meant to scale performance up & down as required by demand whereas uGuru is a suite of apps.
AbitEQ is hardware monitoring.
BlackBox is a diagnostic reporting tool to abit support
FlashMenu is a Windows GUI based BIOS flashing utility
OcGuru is an overclocking utility based around a system of preset levels (factory & user set presets).
When it works it's excellent but it can be a bit touchy e.g. I've had it working perfectly on my AN8 Ultra for ~1 year - sold the RAM that was in it & it doesn't want to work with the replacement RAM & freezes when changing presets.
I'm sure that I'll get it working but you need to find the sweet spot for your hardware.

hmmm... think I'll just bios overclock and use the hardware monitoring program.
