XP wallpaper appearing before the login screen

You know when you change the wallpaper in XP, when you logoff it sometime shows the old one? Well where does it store (remember) the old wallpaper?

I've had a PC brought into work the problem is a wallpaper keeps appearing before the logon screen, I'ts the same wallpaper form the same person every time. No spyware or anything and it was one of the XP's built in wallpapers. It's annoying them because it slows the computers boot up down and the computer isn't that good a spec any way.

Any ideas how to get rid of it? Im out.

    Cheers.

Nope not there, but we've sorted it now, drastic measure but we backed up the troublesome user's files then deleted her account.

    Fixed now Cheers

The default wallpaper location is stored in the registry at HKEY_USERS/.DEFAULT/ControlPanel/Desktop - the key called Wallpaper in there will point to whatever is on at the login screen - change this value and Bob's your uncle
