Creating Bootable CD's & DVD's

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a reliable and FREE piece of software that will create bootable CD / DVD discs please. I know Nero does it V V well and I haev tried a few free ones like CDBurnerXPPro but it never writes anything otehr than it's own trest boot image correctly to the disc - and the burning can be flaky at times.

do you have a pre-prepared bootable ISO, or are you trying to create one? bootable CDs are a dark art

Hi, I have a bootable floppy that works well. I juist need to make the CD/DVD bootable using the FDD or an image of the Floppy.

IIRC, Nero will do this with a few simple mouse clicks.
