Customised background when Bios starts up

when you start up your computer the first thing you would see is the bios mode. if you have a laptop and it normally comes up with the manufacture's background (ie. Sony has the Viao letters and HP just have HP) but my desktop just have boring data and things like that (like every other desktop). i remember that there is a way to customise that background through command prompt.
    Does anyone know?

cbrom often will fail with modern motherboards versions of bioses.

I think asus provide a tool for some of their motherboards, i recall reading about it on some blerb when i was looking for a pentium m board!

Yeah, Gigabyte boards come with an app called Face Wizard or something ridiculous like that which allows you to change that screen. Never tried it, though. Don't care enough to!
