Got an annoying problem, there is a user at work that is 'loosing' calendar entries, at first we thought it was one of his PA's deleting them and then blaming us but it looks like there actually is a problem

After some googling it seems its a problem that can be caused by SOOOOO many thing (not great) and it seems the best way to actually see what is happening is enabling logging within outlook. Nice and easy to do, however, there is a bit of an issue... while mail logs are stored in the temp folder as text files, Microsoft in their brilliant wisdom make the calendar logs binary files which you have to send to Microsoft for them to look at (at cost)

Is there a way round this?
