    Anyone know how to convert flv files to avi/mpeg?

    Already got the flv files on my hdd, just looking for a simple and preferably free program to convert them into a more usuable format.

    Any suggestions?

    Yeah SUPER is a great little program. Hasn't failed me yet anyway. Its definitely worth a look.
