Restrict access to USB and floppy drives

Hi, I've been asked to look into the possibility of restricting access for normal users to USB ports and floppy drives. Is there a way, in Win XP and 2000, of cutting these off at a RIS build level? I've searched quite a lot and been unable to find anything at all about it.

    Any help gratefully received.

I dont think theres much as the RIS stage , but I'm pretty sure there is a group policy that will do it.
