    Vista Business on MSDNAA

    Anybody's UK academic establishment made it available yet?

    Trying to work out if it's my MSDNAA admin being a tad slow, or some other reason.

    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Hmm, I wonder if the techies at UEA do such a thing...

    ...and whether its open to all students rather than jus CompSci ones...

    UEA will probably do it.

    I have access to Bristol Uni's Electrical & Electronics Engineering MSDNAA subscription, rather than that of the CS department. Knowing my luck it'll be up on CS before EEE.

    I'm not eligible

    Modern History & Politics student doesn't fall under the remit of Science, Engineering or something else, which is what you have to be to get it. Ah well, no room for it on my laptop anyway...

    I did a search on the MSDN AA Website via this link

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscripti...x/default.aspx

    A search for windows does not show windows vista of any edition in the list ... I sent a mail to my administrator for confirmation but it doesnt look like it will be on AA at the moment ...

    Interesting digit, and while I agree with you, it does contradict this page, although the source isn't exactly one that resolves the issue.

    Its a bit of an odd situtation, but as far as I see it, its just hype that has spread far and wide... On the subject of MSDN AA a copy of office 2007 would be rather nice Thats even more unlikely to happen any time soon mind

    Office never appears on MSDNAA... certainly not on the one I get access to.

    Ooh, shame it can't have Enginerring at RGU, then I would be eligible

    Computer Network Management and Design folks can't get MSDNAA here, because we're an Engineering couse

    We had someone from MS giving a talk in one of our lectures. As far as I know a friend spoke to him afterwards about Vista being on MSDNAA and he said it would be up in a few days. That was a week ago. I've been checking it everyday and no sign of it yet.

    Any sign of it yet?

    I did a little looking on the net and read on a couple of sites that it had been delayed until the 8th for msdnaa users. I've also read it will be here before January 1st. No sign of it on the Bath uni eacademy yet.
