I was just wondering if anyone knows a legit way of running OSX on a self-built system? I'm sick of XP and I cant afford Vista. Thanks.

Not legit no... any if anyone posts a thread saying how to do it, expect this to be nuked..
I know how to do it!
Buy a mac mini, put it in a new PC case, feed the wires through, and there you go.

I beleive there are a few places you can buy an OSX licence without a Mac.
The problem is you have to modify it to run it on a non-EFI motherboard.

Tried linux?
The main reason I need it is so I can run FCP which my dad has a copy of.
With love and many thanks,

what is fcp?
Final Cut Pro i'm guessing - i use Adobe Premiere Pro, but my mate who is actually in the editing business swears by FCP (mac only).
Seems to me that the only genuine option is - buy a mac.
