When I used to use Excel 2003, it had the option to save a document as a web page. It was very easily done, you'd just choose File, Save As, Web Page. It'd even give you the option of publishing just that sheet or the entire workbook. Very handy!
I'm using Office 2007 now and I can't for the life of me find a similar feature in Excel 2007. I have a spreadsheet which I'd like to be able to save as a web page for others to view online, does anybody know how I might go about this?
Click the icon in the top left corner (the Office icon) and click Save As - that'll allow you to publish set areas or the entire workbook as a web page.

its worth pointing out with sharepoint, you can now save it to a website, so that people can actually re-calculate the sheet, input data into named ranges etc. All from the browser.

Its about damn time someone funked up the file menu and made it faster to navigate! New tool tips are also more informative.
Its worth saying that you also have to download the pdf exporter due to some issues with licensing or something.
As someone who programs for an investment bank thou (ie has to work with excel far too much) one thing really pisses me off more than anything else with new office, the .net intergration is lousy.

Ye we're using it here @ work. Just wish we'd implement it more permanently rather than buying some IBM rubbish!
Ok, I'm not using Sharepoint. I can save my excel as a web page, but how do you make it interactive? That is, how do you allow users from the web version to input data?
Without making use of Sharepoint you won't be able to get that functionality from Excel. The only other way to get something like this is to use the spreadsheet function at http://docs.google.com
(please note I haven't used this, but it claims to be able to perform these feats)
You can save as an interactive webpage in Excel 2002, why not in 2007?
