    Windows MCE 2002 problems

Does anyone know if windows MCE 2002 has a problem finding E4 and the E4 channel group? My version just will not find it for love nor money. All the other channels seem to work fine. Any help would be much appreciated.

this is probably an issue with your tuner rather than the OS. Then again i never used MCE2002!

Have a look in the software that came with the tuner see what frequencies you can tune. Where abouts you live? (whats your local transmitter) You might find your missing a frequency.

E4+1 and E4 are out on different frequencies near me, so i can't see why both would be missing, if it was just one that would make more sense.

Yeah, I had the same problem with a Hauppage. Check out the forums for the manufacturer.

My problem was fixed by a quick reg edit. The guys on the forum and posted superb instructions to change it.

Seems to be channel 4's stuff, more 4, E4, film 4 etc.

give your tv tuners website forum a try.
