Can anyone recommend software to start downloads at a certain time?

I am now on on/off peak bb and want to be able to d/l stuff (mainly updates for WoW and game demos) when I am off peak. Anyone use any software?

surely any of the file managers such as GetRight etc have schedules built in??

alternatively.. why not limit your connection speed (NetLimiter) during peak hours to say 30kbps... enough to browse, not enough to download much..

As Vini said almost every download manager can do this.

I'm going to recommend you Free Download Manager. It's one of the best (if not the best).
Give it a try once and you will never look after something else

Getright is worth a look too. I have been using it daily for over 8 years.

Simple command line tool to fetch files of the web. It can also be configured to spider websites, or only fetch certain filetypes.

You can put the command in a batch file, or script, and configure it to be run at a certain time.

Thanks for the help peeps. Getright looks ideal and with personal testimonies too- just what I wanted! I will give it a trial I think.
