Corsair 2gb 60x sd card gone belly up

I got this card off scan a few weeks ago just started using it in a canon ixus 850is & it played up straight away with some corrupt photo's, Ive tried formatting in the camera including low level but it says card error. Then I tried with laptop that couldn't complete the operation. Ive also tried it in a pda that cant see the card. What do you think?
