2GB Blue Flash Voyager only recognised as USB 1.0?

Hi I have one of the blue Flash Voyager, in 2 GB size and 4GB size.

All of a sudden, the smaller one (2GB), only connects as a USB 1.0 device (it actually initiates pop ups in Viasta 64-bit, 32-bit and XP SP3 32-bit that the port can connect faster, and offers a selection of appropriate ports which it says will run at USB 2.0).

The 4GB one (larger) is fine, and just simply connects as a USB 2.0 device with fine speeds.

Running HD_Speed, on auto, I'm getting a read speed of 284.0 KB !

Anyone had this, or anyone fixed this?

    Thanx in advance.

    Hello carbon8ed.

This is new to me, why dont you try formatting both then check the speeds of the same?

    hope this helps.

    Cheers!!!
