I have one, i had trouble the first 4 goes but then i totally cracked it.
The string often gets trapped inside when i pull to hard though and that gets annoying.

Pull less hard, you don't need that much speed to get it started.

It took me a fair few goes to get the hang of it. I found it doesn't help with RSI once you have it, but it does help prevent it in my case.

Well, ever since I got mine and starting using it the numb feeling I get in my hand after long sessions on the PC have virtually gone now.

I've also not dropped a pint in a few months as well

    Re: Bought me a powerball!

There are more fun ways of strenghtening your wrists but the powerballs are quite fun. I can't seem to get the technique right though, always end up hitting it side to side. The videos of the record holders on youtube are nuts!

    Yup

I found it worked quite well to flick the wrist when you feel a sort of "peak" pressure. Once you've had 10 or so goes, you'll get the hang of it!

    Re: Bought me a powerball!

I can start my neon blue without the string and get up to 11,600 on it

The metal version is what you want for a really good workout

I can hit 10,500 on that, equivalent to about 12,500 on the neon, according to the guys on the powerball forum.

    Re: Bought me a powerball!

I have the neon pro or whatever and 12508 is my record. However you cant really compare scores
between them as some work better than others.

it depends on how they've been treated. If they've been man-handled and dropped a few times then the gyroscope inside could be damaged, hence the difference in feel.

Hmm? The discount code works, at least it did just now when I compared prices with and without...

There's no joking here... We like to offer forums like this some discount for the awareness that they are causing by discussing the Powerballs between themselves. We greatly appreciate it and therefore would like to show it..

I personally think it's good that a company does things like that - I'm impressed, if I didn't already have 2 I'd be getting one (discounted)
