I knew England were going to be stuffed by the Aussies. Played off the park so badly I didnt watch the first 20 minutes. Luckily I know bugger all.

Full credit to the English team, they played with guts. Oz didn't

Also the irony is not lost on me that all of England's 12 points were off the boot. Stirling Mortlocks three misses turned out to be expensive.

    Priceless!

What an absolutely awesome game. So tense and full of action. With regards to toolsong's irony, I really thought Australia would win with a penalty in the last 2mins of the match! THAT would have been irony!

    Re: Rugby World Cup 2007

I was pacing around the front room watching it

I had a crazy feeling we would win.

From the first kick of the game We looked well up for this and Australia seemed a bit like a rabbit in the headlights. The frontline was immense and considering the ozzies have been saying we would be winning dirty in the press it seemed to me that the dirty tactics where employed by them.

    Bring on the kiwis now
